Credit and Refund Terms
Version: 20 October 2026. MyDocker is operated by Magic Crystal Limited. Questions and requests: support@mydocker.com.
US dollar prepaid usage
MyDocker prices and credit balances are denominated in USD. The current top-up buys US$25 of MyDocker credit through Stripe Checkout. Review the final currency and total in Checkout before paying; your payment provider may apply its own conversion or other fees. A top-up is a one-time purchase, not an automatic subscription or automatic recharge.
Credit pays for authorized MyDocker usage. Before work starts, MyDocker reserves a bounded maximum cost from the applicable balance. The final charge follows recorded usage within that reservation; unused reservations are released after reconciliation. Ending a sandbox does not make usage already incurred disappear. Pending payments are not spendable until confirmed by the server. A payment return URL alone does not confirm payment.
US$5 GitHub welcome credit
After successful GitHub identity and access verification, each eligible GitHub provider user ID receives US$5 in promotional MyDocker credit once. Existing eligible accounts receive it on their next verified sign-in. Signing in again, changing a GitHub username or spending the credit does not renew it. A suspended account must resolve its deficit before the grant can be issued.
The gift funds the normal self-service wallet and can be used alongside purchased credit. It is not a cash payment, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and is not refundable. It does not erase debt. Separate contributor and repository funding pools and the limited internal owner-funded trial have their own authorization; the internal trial does not receive an extra welcome grant.
Refunds, failed work and payment disputes
For an unused purchased balance, duplicate payment, incorrect charge or failed service, request a review at support@mydocker.com. Include the payment reference and the amount in dispute, without card details or credentials. We check the original purchase, consumed usage, active reservations and any prior refunds before confirming eligibility and the amount. Promotional grants cannot be included in a cash refund, and stopping work does not itself submit a refund request.
Approved payment refunds are processed through Stripe against the original payment and reflected in the MyDocker ledger when confirmed. Bank processing times vary. A refund or payment dispute may reduce your balance and suspend new work if it creates a deficit. Contact support to resolve an incorrect balance. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or waive mandatory remedies.
Help before purchase
Ask support@mydocker.com about pricing, credit, refunds or account closure before paying if anything is unclear. These terms do not promise a successful preview for every repository; review compatibility and the displayed budget before authorizing work.
