Terms of Service
Version: 20 October 2026. MyDocker is operated by Magic Crystal Limited. Questions and requests: support@mydocker.com.
The service and your account
MyDocker helps contributors run disposable previews of unmerged GitHub pull requests, invite a reporter to test a fix, and share results with a maintainer. A preview, automated check or reporter result does not guarantee software quality, security or suitability for production.
By continuing with GitHub or using MyDocker, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Only use repositories, code and data you are authorized to use. Keep your GitHub account and private invitation links secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for having authority to act for any organization you represent.
Previews, invitations and evidence
The first release records the reporter’s fixed or still-broken result. Retained notes, screenshots and selected logs are unavailable in this release.
Previews run untrusted code and have resource limits and expiry times. They are for testing, not durable hosting or storage. Keep your own copies of anything you need. Do not put production credentials, personal data or irreplaceable files in a sandbox. An invitation permits access within its displayed scope; share it only with its intended tester.
You retain your rights in submitted code and content. You authorize MyDocker and its service providers to process that content to build and run the preview, deliver the requested testing and evidence, secure the service and perform cleanup. This does not change the repository's license or grant other users rights beyond the access you authorize.
Charges and credits
Self-service usage is prepaid in US dollars. Review the scope, maximum cost and limits shown before starting work. A reservation reduces your available balance while work is active; final usage and released reservations are reflected in your account. See the Credit and Refund Terms, including the US$5 welcome credit. Third-party service terms may also apply to your use of GitHub and Stripe.
Service limits, suspension and ending use
Availability depends on supported repositories and upstream providers. We may refuse or stop work that exceeds its authorization, budget or limits, violates these policies, or threatens security or other users. You can stop using the service, end active sandboxes and contact support to request account closure. Ending a sandbox or account does not itself erase billing, security or deletion records; the Privacy Policy explains how those records are handled.
Problems, changes and your rights
Contact support@mydocker.com about service failures, billing errors or disputes. Include a non-secret account or payment reference; never send credentials or private invitation links. We investigate against the recorded authorization, usage and payment facts. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
The service and these terms may change. Updated terms will carry a new version date; material changes will be communicated before they apply to future use. A change does not retroactively change completed purchases or usage.
